Monthly Drawing Rules

1. SPONSOR

The CGA Company, Chenoa, Illinois ("Sponsor"). Sponsor contact: blackjack@frontier.com (email only). The CGA Company is an independent authorized dealer of Lum-Tec watches. This drawing is run solely by The CGA Company. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Lum-Tec.

2. EACH MONTH IS A SEPARATE DRAWING

The Monthly Newsletter Drawing (the "Drawing") is a series of separate monthly sweepstakes. Each calendar month is its own promotion with its own Entry Period, entries, and one (1) prize. Entries do not carry over from one month to the next, except that eligible newsletter subscribers are automatically entered again each month as described in Section 4.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following people are not eligible: The CGA Company's owner, employees, and contractors; their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses); and members of their households. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

4. ENTRY PERIOD AND HOW TO ENTER

Entry Period: Each monthly Entry Period starts at 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on the last day of that month. The first Entry Period runs from 12:00:00 AM CT on November 3, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM CT on November 30, 2026. Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper.

There are three ways to be entered, and all are free:

a) New newsletter signup: Subscribe to The CGA Company email newsletter at cgawatches.com during the Entry Period. You'll receive marketing emails from The CGA Company and can unsubscribe at any time.

b) Current subscribers, automatically entered: Anyone whose email address is subscribed to The CGA Company email newsletter at the end of the Entry Period (11:59:59 PM CT on the last day of the month) and is still subscribed at the time of the drawing gets one (1) entry for that month. Nothing else is required. If you unsubscribe, you won't be entered in later drawings.

c) Alternate free method of entry (no subscription needed): Send an email to blackjack@frontier.com with the subject line "Monthly Drawing". Include your first and last name and your state of residence. You may send one (1) email entry per Entry Period, and it must be received by the end of that Entry Period. Email entrants will NOT be added to the newsletter unless they ask to be. An email entry has the same chance of winning as a newsletter entry.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person per monthly Entry Period, regardless of entry method or number of email addresses used. A newsletter subscriber who also emails an entry still receives only one (1) entry. Entries made with multiple, fake, or disposable email addresses, by scripts, bots, or any automated means, or by anyone attempting to obtain more than one entry may be disqualified. Entering is never connected to liking, following, sharing, tagging, commenting, reviewing, or buying anything.

5. RANDOM DRAWING

On or about the first (1st) day of the month after each Entry Period, at approximately 10:00 AM CT, Sponsor or its agent will select one (1) potential winner and up to three (3) alternates in random order from all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. The draw uses a publicly verifiable random value from the drand public randomness beacon (https://drand.love). The beacon round is chosen in advance and published after the Entry Period ends and before the round's value is released. A summary of each drawing (entry count, a fingerprint of the entry list, the beacon round used, and the selection result, with no email addresses) will be kept and made available on request. The first drawing is scheduled for December 1, 2026.

6. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month's Entry Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email, at no cost to them, within fifteen (15) days of the drawing and normally on the day of the drawing, from blackjack@frontier.com or a cgawatches.com address. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the notification email (by 11:59 PM CT on the seventh day) to confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements (US resident, 18+, not an excluded person). If the potential winner doesn't respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next alternate, who will be notified the same way. Sponsor will contact no more than three (3) alternates per month. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, bank or card information, or a Social Security number to claim a prize.

8. PRIZE

One (1) prize per month. The winner chooses ONE of the following:

(A) a single-use discount code worth $100.00 USD off one order at cgawatches.com; or

(B) one (1) Lum-Tec watch strap of the winner's choice from the straps offered at cgawatches.com (bracelets and watches excluded), shipped free to a US address, subject to availability.

There is no cash alternative. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $100.00. If the winner chooses a strap, it is shipped free to a US address within fourteen (14) days of the winner's choice; if the chosen strap is sold out, the winner may pick another strap or take option (A).

Discount code details (option A):

The code is valid for twelve (12) months from the date it is issued and expires at 11:59 PM CT on the expiration date.
It can be used once, for one order, by the winner.
It applies to merchandise sold at cgawatches.com, including items already on sale.
If the order subtotal is less than $100, the remaining balance is forfeited.
It cannot be combined with other discount codes, though it may be used with free-shipping offers if available.
It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, cannot be transferred or sold, and won't be replaced if lost or expired.
Normal store policies on availability, shipping (US addresses only), and returns apply. If an order paid partly with the code is returned, the code value is not refunded as cash.

Sponsor will email the code (or strap shipping confirmation) privately to the confirmed winner within two (2) business days of confirmation. Codes are never published. Limit one (1) prize per household per calendar month. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE CONTENT

Winning and receiving the prize is never conditioned on buying anything, posting, reviewing, providing photos, or allowing publicity. Sponsor may invite a winner to share optional comments or photos. Any such sharing is voluntary and requires the winner's separate written permission.

10. WINNER PUBLICITY AND WINNERS LIST

With the winner's permission, Sponsor may announce the winner as first name, last initial, and state (for example, "Mike R., Ohio"). Without permission, Sponsor will announce only "a subscriber from [State]." Sponsor will never publish a winner's email address or prize code. To request the name(s) of winners (as permitted above), email blackjack@frontier.com with the subject "Winners List" within six (6) months after the relevant drawing.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Each entrant releases and holds harmless The CGA Company and its owners, employees, and agents; Lum-Tec; Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram); Pinterest, Inc.; and Shopify Inc. ("Released Parties") from any claim, loss, or damage arising from participating in the Drawing or receiving or using the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or emails, or for technical failures of any kind, including email delivery, website, or beacon outages. If the drand beacon is unavailable, Sponsor will use the next available drand round or another public randomness source chosen before the round is released, and will record the substitution.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or Lum-Tec. Entrants fully release Meta (including Facebook and Instagram) and Pinterest from any liability related to the Drawing. Information you provide is given to The CGA Company, not to Meta or Pinterest.

13. PRIVACY

Entry information is collected by The CGA Company and is used to run the Drawing and, for newsletter subscribers, to send The CGA Company email newsletter, as described in our Privacy Policy at https://cgawatches.com/policies/privacy-policy. Email-method entrants are not added to the newsletter unless they ask. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any newsletter.

14. GENERAL

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Drawing cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it, or award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem. Rule changes apply only to future Entry Periods and will show a new "Last updated" date. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
